Cake topping

You are one of the greatest bakers of all time and now you have before you a new challenge, make the highest pie ever seen. To achieve this you will have to put pieces of tarts on top of each other, as accurately as possible, the whole piece of cake that protrudes from the previous one will fall and the piece will become smaller and smaller and it will cost more to put them in perfect balance. Try to place as many pies and beat your own record.
